Our shop hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm PST.

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping transport time.

Business days for our shop are Monday-Friday. We are not open on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Orders are not processed on the weekends or after hours. 

We ship most of our orders via USPS Priority Mail. Sometimes USPS is slow to update delivery info, please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipping notification email for the tracking number to update. 

Our shop is located in Santa Ana, California and is not open to the public. We are available by appointment only and for local pick ups in the Orange County, CA area. 

Add code "OCLOCAL" at checkout to indicate you would like to pick up your order. You will be contacted directly to arrange pickup.

In stock items are listed in the drop down menu of each listing. If you do not see a product in the drop down that most likely means it is out of stock. Please email us at [email protected] for lead times on unavailable items. If the item is in stock, it will ship in up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm PST).


Some products are model specific, like rudders, covers and other various parts. Be sure to select the correct model in the drop down menu. If you do not see your model option in the drop down that most likely means it is out of stock. Please email us at [email protected] for lead times on unavailable items.

For items like paddles, where custom is an option in the drop down menu, this option is made to order. You can request special sizes, sizes not in stock or a vatiation when applicable. Please select the custom option in the product drop down menu and put your request in the notes section at check out to be added to our made to order list. 

Lead times for custom requests vary from product to product. Please refer to the product listing for further information on the lead time for that particular product. Once the product is out of production, please allow up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm PST) for processing and shipping. Production and processing times do not include shipping transport time.
